3. VALIDATION

It is up to you to validate or decline the meeting proposals according to your wishes, justifying your choice with a short comment if possible.

4. RECEPTION OF THE SCHEDULE

Receive your personalized schedule, then update it at any time, with the possibility of proposing or accepting new appointments.

5. DURING THE CONGRESS

Attend your meetings, participate in conferences, workshops, or communications, organize new meetings according to your availability, and meet people without scheduled meetings via the networking function.

6. Take advantage

After each meeting, you will be asked to rate the quality of your appointment. If you and your contact give a score of 4 or 5, an email containing the contact details of the latter will automatically be sent to you to allow you to deepen your mutual relations
